G-System (gsystem.io) collects information you submit via Contact or Audit forms — typically name, email, business name, website URL, and related store details — to respond to migration enquiries.

What we use it for

Sales and support replies related to Shopify migration. We do not sell your form data.

Processors

When live, form traffic may pass through Cloudflare (DNS, Pages, Workers) and email delivery to our inboxes (e.g. info@ / sales@ gsystem.io).

Retention

Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
